  • จุนโกะ (ลีชองอา) เดินทางมาที่เกาหลีในฐานะนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนเพื่อเรียนภาษา เมื่อมาถึง จุนโกะเช่าห้องพักในบ้านพักแห่งหนึ่ง ที่นี่ดูดีและสวยงามมาก จนกระทั่งเธอพบว่าแท้จริงแล้วห้องที่เธอเช่าเป็นห้องของลูกชายเจ้าของบ้านพัก จองแมน (ปาร์กกีวูง)

    จุนโกะขู่ว่าจะเก็บกระเป๋าออกไปจากบ้านพัก แต่คุณพ่อของ จองแมน (ลียองฮา) ขอร้องให้เธออยู่ โดยยื่นข้อเสนอใหม่ ให้เธอเรียนพิเศษภาษาเกาหลีจากจองแมน จองแมนไม่เต็มใจ แต่คุณพ่อของเขาบังคับเขาให้สอนภาษาเกาหลีให้จุนโกะ เพื่อชดใช้หนี้ที่เขาก่อจากบัตรเครดิต

    จองแมนสอนจุนโกะแบบขอไปที และยังหลอกสอนคำไม่สุภาพให้ จนจุนโกะต้องอับอายขายหน้าเพื่อนทั้งชั้นเรียน แต่เรื่องนี้ไม่ทำให้จุนโกะละทิ้งความตั้งใจจริงในการเรียนภาษาเกาหลี และการเรียนภาษาเกาหลีนี่เอง ที่ทำให้ชีวิตของจุนโกะในเกาหลียากลำบากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ

  • Junko (Lee Cheong-A), a Japanese of Korean ancestry, comes to Korea to find her sweetheart. She finds lodging at a guest house that provides room and board. Unfortunately, the room that she is supposed to stay in belongs to the owner's son, Jong-man (Park Gi-Woong).

    On her first night in Seoul, Junko is forced to share the room with Jong-man. Junko wants to find another place, but the owner (Lee Young-Ha) desires to keep Junko as a guest and offers Junko free Korean lessons from Jong-man. It is going to be some adventure for Junko in Seoul!
