อายุครบ30บริบูรณ์แล้วค่ะ : )

ปกติหมวยไม่ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับวันเกิดมาก เพราะจริงๆเป็นคนกดดันตัวเองมากๆอยู่แล้ว ก็อยากจะทำงานให้วันมันจบๆไป หลายๆครั้งจะตอบส่งๆไปว่า “มันก็เหมือนวันปกติอีกหนึ่งวันนั้นละ”

แต่กว่าจะมาถึงวันนี้ได้ก็ได้แผลเป็นสวยๆมาเยอะอยู่ ก็อยากจะบอกตัวเองว่าจริงๆแล้ว ในวันนี้ค่อยๆชื่นชมวันไปเรื่อยๆก็ได้หมวย

ช่วงอายุ 20 ของหมวยคือผ่านอะไรมาเยอะมากมาย ไม่ว่าเป็นการค้นหาตัวเอง รวมไปถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิต ไม่ว่าจะเป็น การเรียน เพศ การงาน ความรัก ประเทศที่อยู่ และอีกมากมาย แต่ทุกๆอย่างทำให้หมวยเข้าใจตัวเองมากขึ้น ว่าวันนี้หมวยคือใคร และอะไรมีความหมายกับหมวย เข้าสู่วัย 30 เหมือนการเริ่ม Chapter ใหม่เพราะว่าเขื่อนเข้าใจตัวเองมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ค้นหาตัวเองมาตลอด 10ปี และจะทำต่อไปเรื่อยๆ เพื่อที่จะใช้ชีวิตให้มีความหมายในแบบของตัวเองให้ได้มากที่สุด ก็คล้ายๆกับ Birth of Venus ที่เกิดใหม่แหละค่ะ แต่สิ่งที่เกิดกับหมวยคือความตระหนักว่า “ในฐานะมนุษย์คนหนึ่งเราคือใคร”
วันนี้สิ่งเดียวที่หมวยอยากขอ ถ้าเพื่อนๆทุกคนยินดีให้ก็คือ ขอให้หมวยเป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยให้ทุกคนไปอีกนานๆนะคะ : )

I’m officially 30.

I am used to dissociating on my birthdays and just brushing them off my shoulders as I usually put a lot of pressure on myself, and my birthday does do a number for me.

It’s been a long self-exploring journey with so many beautiful scars, so I will go easy on myself and take today slowly and encouragingly.

My 20’s was A-LOT, I went through many dramatic changes, hurtful experiences and more, but it made me who I want to be as a person. So 30 metaphorically marks a new chapter for me, as I am slowly learning to love and embrace myself genuinely and grow into the person I choose to be. Similar to the Birth of Venus, the understanding of self-acceptance and love is born in me. So, all I want for my birthday today is to take the day slowly as it comes and enjoy it. Thank you for working so hard on yourself Koen.
