Story time….Monday night, I felt a sharp pain in my lower right stomach area and I’ve never experienced it before… something was definitely wrong. Next day, I went to the hospital and after multiple tests (Blood drawn, CT scan, x-rays and more) I was diagnosed with an inflamed appendix. Immediate surgery was needed, and I kind of expected it, but I was still quite scared. My heart started racing and I started to panic. I instantly look at my boyfriend who jumped up and started holding my hand and telling me not to worry (I guess he saw the fear in my eyes). A few minutes later I was being prepped for surgery. Doctors reassured me it was a minimally invasive surgery and that it was nothing to be worried about….but I couldn’t help it… I was nervous. But throughout the nerves and fear I had him @guntapon.m And thank god for that. I went into the OR and the surgery went well, no complications at all. As I was being rolled out of the OR, he was the first face I saw and I felt so relieved. For the next two nights, he never left my side. He slept on a couch in my room helping me recover, updating my family, contacting my health insurance, talking to the nurses and doctors AND working. (If you’re reading this) thank you so much I’m sooo so grateful for you. I’m a lucky girl having you in my life. And thank you to your father @nithi_mahanonda and mother for taking care of me and always checking in on me. Thank you to P’fun and P’Peem for the support and care even though I know you guys are extremely busy. Thank you to P’Gang for all the help pre- and post surgery help. And thank you Na Pu for driving over 2 hours and enduring a swab test to come visit me and bringing me food and fruit. Thank you to P’Pui from AIA insurance for helping process all the paperwork quickly and professionally (and also sending me fruit and food). Thank you to Chulabhorn hospital for taking amazing care of me and sending fruits and flowers. And thank you to everyone who sent messages and kind words through my mom, and in my Line or DM’s, reading those actually make me feel better so I really appreciate it ❤️.
