3 WEEKS UPDATE.

I know i usually don’t post stuff like this so much but here is one.
.
It’s been a few year of not really looking after myself and just working out every now and then (2-3 times a month 😢😂)
But anyways it was time for me to get back in shape for my health, my mental and my work.
Enough about me, let’s talk about the process.
Week1: since i havent been active in too long i was mostly just doing a heavy diet with 24hrs fasting every 3 days on top of doing IF (i would actually usually have my first meal around 1pm)
Week 2: started working out once a day (no cardio) no more fasting as my body needed fuel to workout, but still on a very strict diet still doing IF
Week 3: working out (still no cardio) everyday and 2 times a day twice a week
Still on a really good diet but started eating more.

Conclusion:
I used to have an easy life doing so much cardio with my sport so i didn’t really need to focus on anything else.
But this time its actually different. Really enjoying the process, feeling much stronger and energetic everyday. I could go in much more details about the benefits of 24hrs starvations as well as IF and all but i guess most of you didn’t even read it untill here 😂.

I have big plans for this year and this was a much needed start! 🔥🙏🏽
