Finally, I did it! This is the biggest Chef’s table that I ever did, with 50 seats. I’m so excited and also nervous at the same time. As an executive chef, I hope everyone is happy with the food, the vibe and hope you guys have a good journey along the 5 courses. I don’t know if that’s good enough or not but I swear that I did my best as much as I can. I want to say thanks to the team for making everything happened.
