We each have different personas, different versions of ourselves when we do different things, meet different people, or show up in different situations. When you find a version of yourself that feels effortless and free and really does fill you up with joy, I think it's really important to take note of that and keep finding time and space for that version to surface and breathe. Be deliberate about it. Nurture it well. It's gonna help you muster the strength you need when you have to take on other versions of yourself in order to get through life.
