This time, join us on a culinary journey through Italy, where we showcase the artistry of cuisine. Our ingredients are sourced directly from REO’s deli @reos.deli , presented in a refined, fine-dining style. Here are the five courses I have curated for your dining pleasure:
First Course: Croquettes of Mac & Cheese with a side of Caesar sauce and a mix of baby greens, olive soil, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Second Course: Spinach & Chewy Nut Soup garnished with Chewy Nuts.
Third Course: Tomato Ravioli stuffed with Baked Spinach and Cheese, drizzled with Marinara sauce.
Fourth Course: Pork and Chicken Lasagna with Potato Cheese Foam.
Fifth Course: Tiramisu, the classic Italian dessert, featuring layers of coffee sponge cake, mascarpone mousse, chocolate tuile, coffee jelly, chocolate soil, and chocolate sauce.
