I recently visited a beautifully designed Vietnamese restaurant inside Ekkamai Corner the brand-new branch of @kaopiaksen.bkk , and I truly think it’s worth recommending!
最近去朝聖了一家在 Ekkamai Corner 商場裡很有質感的越南料理餐廳 —— KAO PIAK SEN BKK 的全新分店，真心覺得值得推薦！

The brand originated in Udon Thani, Northeastern Thailand, and has a history of over 40 years. It started as a humble street-side noodle stall, and after three generations, it has been transformed into a stylish “All-Day Bistro” that blends authentic Vietnamese flavors with modern design—preserving the soul of traditional handmade noodles in a chic, comfortable setting.
這品牌其實來自泰國東北烏隆他尼，已經有 40 多年歷史。從一開始只是路邊的小麵攤，傳承到第三代後，重新打造為結合越南風味與現代設計的「All-Day Bistro」，保留傳統手工米線的靈魂，又變得時髦又舒服。

The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in gorgeous natural light—it’s the kind of place where you instantly want to start taking photos the moment you walk in.
大大的落地窗，陽光灑進來，是那種走進去就會忍不住開始拍照的那種美店。

The overall interior features a soft cream and natural wood palette, with a mix of French colonial charm and Vietnamese street-side character. It’s minimal yet layered with personality—perfect for brunch or a casual get-together with friends, whether you’re seated indoors or out.
整體空間融合了一點法式殖民風和越南街邊小店的元素，氛圍簡約卻不單調。無論是室內或戶外座位，都很好拍照又很有特色，適合跟朋友來小聚或早午餐。

Their signature dish is Khao Piak Sen—a chewy, silky noodle made from glutinous rice and tapioca flour. It’s served in a delicate, slow-simmered chicken broth that’s both light and deeply flavorful.
他們最招牌的就是「Khao Piak Sen」——一種用長糯米和木薯粉手工製成的濕米線，Q 彈滑順，湯頭則是用雞骨慢火熬煮的清湯，喝起來清爽又有層次。

You’ll also find a great variety of Vietnamese classics, like steaming hot pho, crispy-on-the-outside fried spring rolls, refreshing fresh spring rolls, and my personal favorite—the banh mi, with its crusty bread and generous, flavorful fillings. Every bite is deeply satisfying.
有很多越南經典料理可以選擇，像是熱騰騰的越南河粉、外酥內嫩的炸春捲、清爽開胃的生春捲，還有我個人很愛的越南三明治，麵包外脆內軟，配料豐富，一口咬下超滿足。

All in all, this restaurant is more than just a Vietnamese eatery—it’s a brand that beautifully reinterprets tradition through a modern lens. I highly recommend checking it out. You’ll leave with a happy stomach and a phone full of stunning photos!
