During the evening of 28 July 2025, and in the critical moments before the scheduled ceasefire agreement took effect, Cambodian forces continued to launch aggressive attacks on Thai territory.

In the final five minutes leading up to the ceasefire deadline, the brave soldiers of Thailand’s 31st Infantry Regiment, King’s Guard, stood firmly in defense of our homeland. Facing a determined adversary, our forces held the line with courage and discipline, successfully protecting Prasat Ta Kwai from incursion.

We are proud to report that our territory remains secure. We express our deepest gratitude to all of the soldiers and military personnel who risked their lives to safeguard not just our borders, but the peace and security of our citizens 🇹🇭
