Today, I bow in gratitude for every breath, every moment, every fleeting second that has allowed me to walk upon this Earth. On this birthday, I wish for nothing to return to me, but for every blessing, every prayer, every kind thought to flow outward and find its way back to the hearts of all beings.

May the merit of my practice ripple across the world, bringing peace to the restless, joy to the hopeful, and light to those who search in the dark. May goodness continue to rise and shine, illuminating the path we share.
