Michael Jackson was never just an artist to me.

He was part of my childhood, part of the reason I dreamed bigger, performed harder, and believed music could change the way people feel.

In many ways, he helped shape the person and artist I became.

Having entered this industry as a child myself, I’ve always felt a connection to his story. While I was fortunate enough not to experience the hardships he endured growing up, I’ve always had a deep respect for the strength, resilience, and grace with which he carried his journey. Despite everything he faced, he continued to share his extraordinary talent and gave so much of himself to the world.

And seeing my son discover and experience that same magic today brought me more joy than I can put into words. In that moment, I was reminded that true artistry never fades it simply finds new hearts.

His music, his artistry, and his influence will always be part of my journey.
