A sincere thank you to the AMSC Committee (especially @tingsong )for the kind invitation and for giving me the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a speaker.

It was truly an honor to share my approach and techniques on “The 5 Layered Lifting Program,” and I was especially grateful to see such strong interest and engagement from the doctors attending the session.

The use of energy-based devices and injectables for facial lifting is already part of what many of us do in our daily practice. However, what can truly make a difference is understanding how to unlock the full potential of the tools and techniques already in our hands—and how to combine them strategically to achieve better, more individualized outcomes for our patients.

I hope that the concepts and techniques shared today offered some new perspectives and practical ideas that everyone can bring back to their own practice and use to further elevate their treatment outcomes.
