How do people sleep 8hrs, workout 5days a week, eat enough protein, work, have time for their children, and pets, maintain a social life, drink enough water, constantly post on their 4million social platforms, do grocery, get their nails and hair done, go shopping, have time for their spouse, and family, cook, read, take care of the house, watch series, and even doom scroll and STILL STAY SANE!?
