But maybe trust is not meant to make us more guarded. Maybe it simply teaches us, with time, to see people and ourselves...more clearly

Some stay. Some leave. Some become lessons✨🤍

And perhaps peace comes when we stop placing all the blame on others, and begin to understand our own choices, expectations, and imperfections too. Just like everyone else, I am still learning, changing, and becoming✨
