I grew up never working in our family business, and for the longest time I didn’t truly understand just how big it was or what it took to build it. As I’ve gotten older, that perspective has completely changed.

I don’t take any credit for what’s been built, but I carry so much pride for it. Watching the journey, the resilience through thick and thin, and the impact it’s made over the years has been incredibly humbling.

One moment that really stays with me was hearing Singapore’s Prime Minister, Lawrence Wong, speak about Phoon Huat and its journey. It hit differently.

Seoul trip highlight !
I visited One Percent Clinic in Korea and had the chance to meet such an amazing, professional team. This year we decided to do something a little different for Kaya’s birthday

Instead of a big party, we kept it small and cozy with a K-Pop Demon Hunters themed toddler yoga party. Lots of movement, laughter, music, and the sweetest little moments with friends.

Watching these tiny yogis stretch, giggle, and have the best time together made the day so special. Sometimes the simplest celebrations turn out to be the most meaningful. 💕

I seriously can’t believe our daughter Kaya is already 5!! Time is flying and we’re soaking up every moment.

I recently tried a-PRF / blood regen cell therapy injections a treatment where a small amount of your own blood is processed to concentrate the platelets and then injected into the skin to help stimulate collagen, improve skin texture, and support natural healing.
