Motherhood, as Mew Nittha (@mewnittha) shares, has reshaped everything—not by diminishing her sense of self, but by deepening it.

It has given her a capacity for empathy, not just as sentiment but as practice: the ability to enter another person’s emotional world without judgement, to understand its internal logic. “I connect with stories and characters in a very different way now, and find myself appreciating emotional nuances much more deeply,” she reflects. “I’d say motherhood has made me more empathetic and emotionally aware.”

If motherhood has reshaped how she understands herself, it has also quietly altered how she approaches her own well‑being. “No matter what role I’m fulfilling—mother, wife, actress or public figure—I always strive,” she says, “to give my best and be fully present in the responsibilities in front of me. I believe that staying mindful, grateful and focused on the present helps me remain emotionally grounded through it all.”
