Meet Peach Pachara (@peach_pachara), the multi-talented Thai star who’s charted his own path—from acting and entrepreneurship to a transformative period as a monk.

Now starring in the Netflix (@netflixph) original series “The Believers,” Peach’s monk experience enriches his portrayal of Game, delving into the nuanced realities of religion in #Thailand.

“The story is actually really mind-blowing to me because it’s all about religion in Thailand and we’re a pretty, pretty religious country as well. But the point of this [series] is actually talking about the dark side of it—not the dark side, [actually]; we’d say, the reality side of it. That’s the shady side. And then we want to tell that story so people [are] aware of it, so people know more of that ‘how could we help in monitoring so that our religion is better,’

@peach_pachara may not be a household name in the Philippine entertainment scene—at least not yet, but the 30-year-old Thai actor has carved a niche for himself as a multifaceted artist.

Amid his busy schedule, Esquire sat down with Peach to talk about the importance of questioning the system and thinking critically, his own views on religion, and his journey in the world of arts and business.
