Peach Pachara (@peach_pachara) thinks of his acting career as a “happy accident.” From someone who didn’t like being in front of people and was only scouted at someone else’s acting audition, the Thai multihyphenate has emerged as a committed artist who isn’t afraid to take creative risks.

“In doing a work of art, you need to walk on that line. You have to be on the edge, right? You have to provoke people to do something, to feel something,” he notes.

The past eight weeks have been incredible, and it’s been an absolute pleasure serving our Khaosoi to you. Honestly, it still feels surreal that this all really happened. ❤️

When we started as a small noodle shop in Chiang Mai 🇹🇭, we dreamed of sharing this much-loved Thai dish with the world, representing the culture and heritage we’re so proud of. When the opportunity arose to open this pop-up, we were nervous. Would you like our food? Should we adapt our recipe? Would anyone come?

But we decided to stay true to our original recipe, believing it was the best version of our Khaosoi—and we wouldn’t compromise on that.🍜😋

Seeing customers fill tables, queues forming, and so many of you returning again and again was indescribable. The smiles on your faces while enjoying our noodles reminded us that good food transcends cultures—it truly connects us all.✨

Thank you, London, for giving us the privilege of serving you. Although this pop-up has come to an end, this isn’t goodbye forever—we’ll be back again. 💖☺️

“The story is actually really mind-blowing to me because it’s all about religion in Thailand and we’re a pretty, pretty religious country as well. But the point of this [series] is actually talking about the dark side of it—not the dark side, [actually]; we’d say, the reality side of it. That’s the shady side. And then we want to tell that story so people [are] aware of it, so people know more of that ‘how could we help in monitoring so that our religion is better,’
