วันนี้เขื่อนอายุ 32 แล้วคั๊บ :) 🐰🎂

ไม่อยากขออะไรมาก แค่อยากมาส่งกำลังใจให้หลายๆคนในทุกๆวัน
ปีนี้เป็นปีที่อยากให้ความฝันกลายเป็นความจริง
“A year of dreaming and doing” ☁️🐰
เพราะยังมีแรงอยู่ เขื่อนจะทำให้ดีที่สุดนะคั๊บ

เริ่มจากเปิดจุดพักใจเป็นหลักแหล่ง จากเมื่อก่อนที่ไปตามสวน จนถึงตอนนี้เรามีพื้นที่ประจำแล้วครับ มีเวิร์คชอปฟรีให้ทุกๆคน และเปิดพื้นที่ปลอดภัยให้ทุกคนสามารถใช้ฟรีได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และเขื่อนก็กำลังจะปล่อยหนังสือเล่มแรกในชีวิต ที่เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพจิตและการฮีลใจ
นอกจากนี้ยังมีโปรเจกมีอีกมากมาย ที่เขื่อนจะคอยซัพพอร์ตคอมมูนิตี้ของ lqbtq+ และเยาวชนต่อไป

ในวัย 32 นี้ไม่ขออะไรมากเลย ขอแค่อยู่ตรงนี้ และมีโอกาสให้กำลังใจทุกๆคนต่อไป เท่านี้ชีวิตเขื่อนก็มีความหมายมากขึ้นแล้วครับ 🐰📝

I’m 32 today! 🐰🎂

I won’t ask for much, I just want to be here doing as much work as I can to support the community.
This year the category is
“A year of dreaming and doing” ☁️🐰
Because I still can, I will do my best.

I have started with opening a settled space for “jood pak jai”, my active listening project, instead of hopping from place to place. I will be starting free workshops all year round to support people through important issues and help them in developing skills that can help the community. I am also releasing my first book on mental health! As well as having many more meaningful projects planned for the LGBTQ+ community and youth.

Again, with turning 32...

I just want to be here to spread positivity, and that in itself makes everything meaningful enough already. Thank you for all your support.
