4 Hands Michelin Dinner ดินเนอร์สุดพิเศษที่ได้สองเชฟสองร้านมา Collab กัน Jaras x Aulis รังสรรวัตถุดิบ local ที่มีในเมืองไทยแต่ใช้เทคนิคการปรุงแบบWorld-Class ทำให้ได้รสชาติอาหารไทยแบบใหม่ๆที่ไม่ค่อยได้สัมผัสมาก่อน บางจานก็แปลก (แครกเกอร์ทำจากใบเหลียงราดซอสไข่หอยเชลล์ แปลกป่ะ!?! แต่อร่อย😋) โดยรวมแล้วคืออร่อยทุกจานค่ะ สำหรับคนที่ชอบเก็บดาวร้าน fine dining ในภูเก็ตมีแค่ 2 ร้านนะที่ได้มิชลิน และ 1 ในนั้นคือ Aulis วันนี้ได้ทานที่ Jaras แล้ว คราวหน้าจะลองไปทานที่ร้าน Aulis ดูบ้าง แล้วจะมาเล่าให้ฟังค่ะ :)

4 Hands Michelin Dinner, a special dinner where two chefs collaborate. Jaras x Aulis, crafting local ingredients found in Thailand but using World-Class cooking techniques, creating new Thai flavors that you've rarely experienced before. Some dishes are odd (crackers made from liang leaves topped with scallop roe sauce, strange, isn't it? But it was delicious 😋) Overall, it was delicious in every dish. For those who love to star-studded at fine dining restaurants in Phuket, there are only 2 restaurants that have Michelin 1 star, and one of them is Aulis. I've already eaten at Jaras today. Next time, I'll try Aulis, and I'll tell you about it. :)
