I had known Chef Luca for a long time and I’m in love with his newly invented bread the smokaccia I think it’s the best I ever had. This time I came to try his sustainable and zero-waste concept at @the_smokaccia I think it’s very interesting and unique, has very good details in every dish including the vegan dishes. I can feel his passion and creativity in his cooking. I hope everyone come and try his tasty cuisine if you come to Phuket ❤️ @chef_lucamascolo
