Thai food scene in London is an ever growing and evolving industry. Having lived and studied in London for the best part of 20 years I have been able to see how Thai food has become a staple of Londoners diets and the go to cuisine for diners. I am proud to say that over 30 years ago @pataralondon was one of the very first pioneers to come into the London food scene and still is going strong today. In recent years we have seen very exciting and cutting edge Thai restaurants appearing across London. The latest of these is a restaurant called @platapian_soho - which is unlike any other currently available in London and has now firmly become my new favorite restaurant in London. Not only because the menu offers a unique and fresh take on Thai food which caters to both Thai and foreign palates, but also because these types of Flavour profiles are not to be found anywhere else in the UK.

But the main reason why it has to be my favorite Thai restaurant is because it is the creation of my dear sister @namraiva who has worked tirelessly into this brainchild of hers. So if you haven't already , visit Platapian and also make this your new favorite Thai restaurant !
