London first batch - (จะกลับละเพิ่งลงรูป 😅)

Thai food scene in London is an ever growing and evolving industry. Having lived and studied in London for the best part of 20 years I have been able to see how Thai food has become a staple of Londoners diets and the go to cuisine for diners. I am proud to say that over 30 years ago @pataralondon was one of the very first pioneers to come into the London food scene and still is going strong today. In recent years we have seen very exciting and cutting edge Thai restaurants appearing across London. The latest of these is a restaurant called @platapian_soho - which is unlike any other currently available in London and has now firmly become my new favorite restaurant in London. Not only because the menu offers a unique and fresh take on Thai food which caters to both Thai and foreign palates, but also because these types of Flavour profiles are not to be found anywhere else in the UK.

But the main reason why it has to be my favorite Thai restaurant is because it is the creation of my dear sister @namraiva who has worked tirelessly into this brainchild of hers. So if you haven't already , visit Platapian and also make this your new favorite Thai restaurant !

2025 - has to go down as being one of my favorites -
-Watching Arsenal play the Emirates to seeing Oasis live at Wembley
- Skiing for the first time with Poh and Reyn and the kids seeing snow for the first time
- ลดนำ้หนักได้แบบตั้งใจในรอบ 10 ปี จนทุกคนทักว่าผอมลง
- Traveling to Denmark, Norway and Sweden for the first time
- Many close friends weddings attended
- Performing Live in London and in Guangzhao
- New chapter of my career being part of the team who brought Wingstop to Thailand

ตั้งแต่ร้าน Wingstop เปิดมา 10 กว่าวันนี่ ทุกครั้งที่เวลาเนมเข้าร้านไม่มีวันไหนที่รู้สึกไม่มีความสุขเลยครับ การได้มาเรียนรู้ในทุกๆวันเกี่ยวกับงาน บริการทำให้เนมได้ลงมือทำวนทุกหน้าที่จริงๆ culture ของ Wingstop เค้ากำหนดไว้ว่าไม่มีงานไหนที่ทุกคนทำไม่ได้ ในร้าน ต่อให้ผมเป็น ผู้ บริหารหรือเป็น Bro ของทุกคนในร้านผมก็พร้อม ที่จะทำในทุกๆหน้าที่ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการ ต้อนรับพูดคุยกับลูกค้า แนะนำ menu key order เป็น cashier ให้ลูกค้า หรือแม้กระทั้ง clear โต๊ะ เก็บ ขยะจากพื้น - ผมอยากให้ ทีมของเราเห็นว่า ที่ร้านคือพื้นที่ของพนักงานทุกคน อยากให้ทุกๆคนมี sense of ownership และก็ proud ที่จะ represent Wingstop . ยิ่งได้ทำยิ่งมา ความสุข ยิ่งได้ทำยิ่งทำให้ ผม หลงรักกับ service industryมากๆ เพราะการที่เราได้ทำใน ทุกๆตำแหน่งมันทำให้ ผม รู้สึกว่า ผมได้ ช่วยเหลือและ บริการ ลูกค้าผม ผมกำลังทำให้คนอื่นแบบ 100% หน้าที่นี่มันยิ่งใหญ่ กว่าตัวเรามากๆ เพราะเรากำลังทำประโยชน์ ให้กับคนอื่น - แค่ได้เห็นรอยยิ้มและ reaction ของทุกๆคนที่มาทาน Wingstop ของเรา มันก็เป็น รางวัลที่ยิ่งใหญ่ สำหรับผม และทีม มากๆแล้ว ครับ

My Wingstop Story EP. 1 @wingstopth

กว่า Wingstop จะมาเปิดที่เมืองไทย ในวันนี้สาขาแรกที่ MBK Center ทีม S&P Wings ของพวกเราผ่านอะไรกันมาบ้างเดี๋ยวเนมจะพยายามเล่าให้ฟังใน version ของเนมนะครับ
Journey กับ brand Wingstop ของเนม เริ่มต้นเมื่อต้นปี 2024 เมื่อพี่แอม @ksilaon (current CEO of S&P Syndicate จำกัด) ได้ทักเนมมาในไลน์ว่าสนใจอยากจะซื้อ franchise ร้านไก่ทอด ชื่อว่า Wingstop มาจาก USA มาที่ไทยและอยากให้เนมช่วยบริหารหรือเป็น spokesperson ให้ สารภาพในตอนนั้นเนมเพียงแค่คุ้นชื่อ brand นี้แต่ยังไม่รู้จักดีก็เลยรีบกดดูข้อมูล และก็ รู้สึกว้าวมากๆกับ branding และความ strong ของ brand บวกกับความรักส่วนตัวที่มีให้กับไก่ทอด เนมรีบบอกพี่แอมว่าเอาเลยครับลุย 💪🏻

What happens next ? เดี๋ยวผมจะค่อยๆเล่าให้ฟังใน post ต่อๆไปนะครับ - (มี รูป wingstop เอยะจะได้ มีไรเล่าให้ ฟัง ใน post อื่นๆ ✌🏻)
และในที่สุดประเทศไทยก็มี Wingstop กับเค้าแล้ว 🍗

ช่วง 2–3 วันที่ผ่านมา เราตื่นเต้นมากกับการเปิดตัว Wingstop สาขาแรกในไทยที่ MBK 🎉

Wingstop เป็นแบรนด์ไก่วิงส์ระดับโลก มีมากกว่า 3,000 สาขาทั่วโลก และปีนี้ S&P Group เป็นผู้นำแบรนด์นี้เข้ามาเปิดในประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ
