It blows my mind how tiny I used to be.

From 48–52kg at 175cm age 23 to 58–62kg age 30 and I can honestly say I’ve never felt stronger in my body.

I’m choosing to maintain this weight and continue becoming a healthier version of myself not just physically but mentally too.
Not going too deep into the journey yet but I will.
