the best spa experience we’ve ever had ❤️‍🔥

The architecture is incredible but what stayed with me was how the whole experience felt. I chose a Swedish Massage and loved it. My therapist really worked into the areas that needed attention, which I appreciated because I love a massage that actually feels effective, not just relaxing. Afterwards, hot tea and dried fruits were exactly what I needed, followed by some time to enjoy the facilities. ( sauna, steam room etc.. ) I didn’t film the massage because I really wanted to be present and experience it properly without thinking about my phone or the camera.

I came expecting a beautiful spa but left appreciating the experience just as much as the space itself. Such a special place and definitely somewhere I’d love to come back to.

For my birthday, I wanted to bring together people I haven’t seen in a long time, people I’ve worked with and people I appreciate. Not everyone could be there and that’s okay but having so many of you together in one space meant so much to me!

It felt extra special to welcome you into a space I’ve poured so much work and love into and to be able to lead you through something where we could move, learn, laugh and hopefully leave feeling a little better than when we came in.

I’d love to do more of this. It’s so nice to reconnect with people I’ve missed and share what I love with them.

What is this Club? 🔭

#LimberMobilityClub is a community initiative led by @johnlizcanomoves and myself through @limberstudio along with John’s students!

Our mission is to bring mobility, conditioning, recovery, breathwork, and the mind-body connection into the communities that already exist supporting runners, climbers, boxers, office workers, book clubs, and anyone who wants to move well and continue doing what they love for longer.

This isn’t about creating another fitness club. It’s about supporting other communities through movement, connection, and longevity.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Limber Mobility Club gathering. What a beautiful way to begin this journey together.

This is definitely an appreciation post for my girl, my best friend, my soul sister.

Since the very beginning of my business journey, she was the one person I had a feeling I needed by my side. That saying, “when you know, you know,” was absolutely true with her.

before Limber became what it is today, she showed me so much grace, kindness, and unwavering support. I admired her as a person, her talent, her spirit, her work ethic, and the way she shows up for the people she loves.

Yes, I’ve put in a lot of work, and this chapter has challenged me in ways I never expected. But I don’t think I would be standing here today feeling this grateful, fulfilled, and happy without her.

There have been plenty of ups and downs, but having her in my life has been one of the greatest gifts.

I love you so much. Thank you for being part of this journey. Cheers to many more journey with you hon 🫂
