When I was younger, I loved pushing myself in yoga. The harder the pose, the better it felt. It was exciting, intense, and honestly… kind of addictive. Every new shape felt like proof that I was strong, capable, and doing well.
Then life got much busier. Running a business. Holding responsibilities. Juggling a million things at once.
And somewhere along the way, I realized I was bringing that same “push harder” mindset into everything 💀 including my practice.
Yoga slowly stopped being about what I could do with my body and started showing me what was happening in my mind.
It became the one place where I noticed how fast I was moving, how often I was rushing, how rarely I was actually present. The mat turned into a mirror showing me the chaos, but also offering calm if I was willing to slow down.
Over time, my practice changed. Less about intensity, more about intention. Less proving, more listening. I started caring just as much about my breath, my focus, and my nervous system as I did about flexibility or strength.
It took time though.. honestly, a couple of years to shift this mindset. But investing in my inner practice has been a total game changer.
Yoga reminded me that I don’t need to push all the time to move forward. Sometimes, slowing down is exactly what keeps me going. 🫶🏻5 3 -

Last week I visited Mallika during my little holiday escape, and I loved it. The weather was so nice! perfect for wandering around this old-style Thai town. The food was surprisingly good too, especially the traditional snacks and old-style street bites.
Mallika R.E.124 is a recreated Siamese town from the Rama V era, built to show what Thai life looked like over 100 years ago wooden houses, floating markets, old coins and all the nostalgic details.
Such a peaceful, charming place. Would totally go back again!4 3 -

I’m overflowing with joy! not just because we survived our first year, but because we’ve grown so much from the experience of becoming a first-time business owner. Two of the most intense and beautiful weeks of this year!! truly one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had. I never knew studying could feel this fun, this alive.
So much love and gratitude to my incredible teachers @dianeyogaa @john_urbanyoga for their energy, positivity, and endless wisdom and to everyone in this course who made it so special. The vibe, the support, the laughter, the growth everything was just right.

I’m going all in on this journey 🫨 giving it my best shot. The excitement is real! I’ve poured everything I have into this project. It’s so fun… but honestly, it’s also really scary.
I’ve never done business before, so stepping into this field has been one of the biggest challenges of my life. But I’m learning so much! unlocking skills I didn’t even know I had.

Some days I wake up heavy 🫠

We’re so grateful to have been part of the @dragonfly360.co this year at the stunning Chiva-Som Sanctuary! ✨ It was an amazing experience—everyone truly opened up, moved their bodies, and flowed with us.
Our session, Freedom of Motion & Breath Flow, was all about finding lightness when life feels heavy. Together we paused, breathed deeply, and let the body move—whether through a sway, a stretch, or stillness. The energy in the room was incredible. 🙏
