face the storm and evolve from it⚡️

July’s been… a lot.

A lot of fun, a lot of movement, and somehow never enough time to do it all 🫠 yet I’m proud of what I’ve managed to get done.

Of course, with all the fun comes the stress. My body definitely feels it. Managing stress isn’t easy, but it is possible. I’ve learned that it often comes down to perspective..how we choose to see things. That’s something I’m still working on..regulating my emotions and shifting my mindset.

We can’t always control what’s happening around us, but we can control how we respond. And one thing I know for sure..the people you surround yourself with make a huge difference. Being around the right energy truly helps.

“I miss being good at climbing.”

I’m new to the business game, and one of the first things I’ve learned is.. starting something from scratch means sacrificing a lot especially the things you love. In the beginning, you can’t have it all. You just hope that one day, you’ll earn back the time to return to the things you miss.

That mindset works for a while. But somewhere along the way, I realized this is also the time in life when I have the most energy, passion, and drive. Maybe balance isn’t something we should keep postponing..maybe it needs to start now.

Change needs to happen.

I’m learning to prioritize differently.. my health, my family, my closest friends. I’m spending less time on things that don’t matter, because time feels more valuable than ever.

Right now, my focus is staying strong and healthy. Working smarter not just harder. Protecting my energy, being intentional with who I share it with, and doing better with each step.

I didn’t grow up with much. So I’m building a better life not just for myself, but for those who come with me. And I know I’ll get there.
