For my birthday, I wanted to bring together people I haven’t seen in a long time, people I’ve worked with and people I appreciate. Not everyone could be there and that’s okay but having so many of you together in one space meant so much to me!

It felt extra special to welcome you into a space I’ve poured so much work and love into and to be able to lead you through something where we could move, learn, laugh and hopefully leave feeling a little better than when we came in.

I’d love to do more of this. It’s so nice to reconnect with people I’ve missed and share what I love with them.
