This performance was one of the ones I was most nervous about because the choreography was on another level. It required so much precision and timing—once you missed a beat, everything could fall apart. I was also worried about whether my dance skills were truly ready for this level.

But more than anything, I wanted everyone to see my growth as a performer.

I didn’t even sing on this track, but it was still unbelievably difficult. We went through so many different versions of the arrangement. We built this song like we were preparing for a dance competition—every beat, every count, every detail had to match the choreography perfectly, as well as the live band.
