The past 1.5 years have been challenging…

Every time I tried to push, it felt like I’d hit an emotional wall. Training became heavier than just the physical side of it.

Instead of feeling stronger, I found myself constantly reaching a breaking point. It was a feeling I’d never experienced before, and honestly, it made preparing for any competition incredibly difficult. I've done a few, but it was more for fun and to participate.

I've been more focused on my mental health, rather than pushing for performance or aesthetics.

But a few weeks ago, something changed.

For the first time in a long time, I felt like myself again. I found that fire to push, to train, and to enjoy the process.

I’m excited for what’s ahead. Excited to put myself first again, trust the process, and keep building back stronger than ever.

We all go through seasons. Goals can shift/change, and that's okay 😊
