พื้นที่ปลอดภัย: กำลังใจจากคนที่ไม่เคยเจอกัน

การซัพพอร์ตจากคนใกล้ตัว ไกลตัว หรือ ไม่เคยเจอกันเลยเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญ เพราะมันเป็นการซัพพอร์ตความรู้สึกที่เราทุกๆคนสามารถช่วยกันทำได้ ไม่ว่าจะมากหรือน้อย เป็นพื้นที่ที่ต้อนรับทุกความรู้สึก โดยไม่ต้องบังคับหรือกดดันกันว่าต้องดีขึ้นทันที แต่อยู่ตรงนั้นแบบที่รู้ว่าไม่ได้อยู่กับความรู้สึกเหล่านี้อย่างโดดเดี่ยว พื้นที่ปลอดภัยไม่ใช่ใครคนหนึ่ง แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่ต้องช่วยกันสร้าง ทำความเข้าใจ และมีรูปร่างแตกต่างกันออกไป วันนั้นพี่หมวยขอบคุณน้องนนนมากๆเลยนะคะ ที่มาเป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยให้พี่หมวย พี่หมวยอยู่ตรงนี้เสมอนะคะ 💕

Being aware that you can be supported by peers, someone who is close to you or even someone you have not met before is important. Being empathic/supportive is something we can all choose to be whether it creates or a big or little change. It’s not about trying to make someone feel better, rather to hold space so they can experience all their emotion but not alone, and being supported. A safe space is not an individual, but a community we help co-create, I would like to thank you @nanon_korapat from the bottom of my heart for reaching out to me that day. Thank you.
