I used to chase being smaller, but when I shifted my focus on getting stronger….everything changed.

Physically, I feel more capable and confident. Mentally, I’m no longer obsessing over the scale. It’s also a lot more sustainable long term.

Try focusing on getting stronger, fitter, moving better, improving your lifts… and the physique side will take care of itself.

You’ll enjoy the journey a lot more 😌
