When Andrew first came in, he had severe back pain, shoulder pain, wrist pain and felt out of breath easily.

Simple things felt harder than they should. Even golf, something he genuinely loved, started becoming a struggle.

One hour on the course would leave him exhausted, stiff, and in pain for the rest of the day. It stopped being enjoyable… and became something he had to push through.

So his goal wasn’t to get “shredded”. He just wanted to feel better, move better, improve his bloodwork and be able to enjoy his life again.

So we kept things simple.

We built his strength back up, improved how he moved, worked on his fitness. Nothing extreme. Just consistent work over time.

And that’s where everything changed.

Now?

He’s travelling around the world…playing different golf courses, spending hours on the course, and actually enjoying his semi-retired life.

No constant pain. No worrying about how his body will hold up.
No feeling limited. Just doing what he loves.

And that’s what training is really about.

It’s not just about being jacked. It’s about having a body that supports your life, for as long as possible.
