I never thought I’d make it to 30… but here Im 31.

When I was 20, I was diagnosed with depression for the first time. The psychiatrist told me I cared about people too much. It sounded even sadder, how could caring ever be something that hurts you?

Then at 28, a major event in my life pulled me back into depression again, and this time it hit harder than before. I fell into one of the darkest and loneliest chapters I’ve ever been in.

During that period, I talked to someone I deeply respect.
She told me,
“When you turn 30, you’ll start caring less about people.”

I held onto that sentence for years, wondering if life would hurt less, if living would feel lighter when that day finally came.

And during those times, I got to understand myself a little more. Change doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s built slowly through knowing yourself, sitting with your pain, watching your life quietly, honestly, without running away.

In your lowest moments, you meet yourself.
And you see people for who they really are.
I realized something beautiful.
I’m still someone who cares deeply,
but now with boundaries, and only for the right people.

To everyone who supported me from when I had nothing until now, I’m so grateful for all of you.
These past few years were heavy.
I felt like floating in air, sometimes drowning…
but somehow I made it through.

And today, I feel so much better.
I feel blessed to still be acting, still creating,
and still pouring parts of my own experiences and all the emotions I carry into my work with honesty and heart.

Thank you to my family, friends, brothers, sisters, and my team
for letting me grow into who I really am.
Just be yourself, and the right people will love you.
It’s true.

From now on, I choose to stay honest with the values I’ve always held close. So please keep cheering me on.
It means more than you know. 🤍

And lastly,
I hope I’ll always be brave enough to leave the table when respect is no longer being served.

I truly understand how it feels to wait for something without any certainty. And I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who has stayed with me and with this series through all these years.

Every comment I see reminds me that even after 2, 3, and now 4 years, your dedication hasn’t faded. It’s an honor to have such loyal fans. I appreciate that more than I can say.

With my new project now streaming on Netflix, I was genuinely excited the moment I found out it would be on the platform, knowing you’d get to see my work again. Even if I know it may not be the project you were hoping for, I truly hope you’ll continue to support me and that we can keep moving forward together.

And to address the question I’m asked the most about #Girlfromnowhere Season 3, I want to be transparent: I have not received any information or contact regarding a new season. I’m sorry about that. This is the honest truth from me.

I fully respect the decisions of the creators and the platform,
and if there is ever an update, I believe it will be communicated properly.

I’ve always loved people with big dreams. I’m drawn to them..so getting to support the dream of making Thailand’s first zombie series is honestly such an honor.

If you’ve followed my work, you probably know I always run toward challenges. I found that this role let me explore my physical side even more, something I’ve been obsessed with ever since playing a Krasue (a legendary creature) in my recent film. Lily gave me another chance to dive back into non-human physical performance in my own way again. Thank you everyone for trusting me with this.

Filming was tough, painful… but somehow I always survive.
And to everyone who walked this journey together, all the people and zombies, you made everything so much more fun!

See you… on to the next challenge!

What an experience!!
Been to galas before but never in a cast….
No matter how careful I try to be, accidents just find me.
Tore my ligament again three days before the event but still showed up! And honestly, what event fits a cast better than a zombie series gala on Halloween right?

The whole gala vibe felt like a different universe or something. Looking out at two thousand people from the stage, and all I could think was… what if you guys turned into zombies right now?!

Watching the first episode together and hearing everyone scream, laugh, and react was the best part. When the sound went BOOM and everyone yelled at the screen, I loved every second 🤍

So grateful I got to be there and feel that energy.

As a model sometimes I work an entire month just for a single shot. As an actor I might spend a whole year working for just a few minutes in a film.

I love designing the character for every role I take on, which is why I’ve been working hard to transform my body to achieve that goal!

This project is truly a major turning point for me mentally.
I‘m really grateful to everyone for sharing their energy with me. On shoot day, I just stepped in and danced around. Everyone set up the set, lighting, and sound, and created the perfect atmosphere for my performance. The performance box was amazing, and seeing myself in the mirror was fantastic. A special shoutout to the insightful director @michaelmaxxis He always reminded me that what really matters is what’s happening inside my mind, heart, and soul during the performance. He trusts my instincts, which means a lot to me. Your abstract direction and guidance made me feel free, letting me be myself and interpret things my way. It made the boundaries of my performance limitless.
