  • The movie revolves around sweet, innocent Gail (Erica Roby) and how she gets all possesed up, it also follows the trevails of a priest (Tom Downey), who has lost his faith, as well as his sight, due to a previously botched exorcism. But, he seems to be the only priest in the entire Holy Roman Catholic Empire with any exorcism chops and so he's expected to pull duty on ridding the tender Gail of her inner demons.

    As to why he blew the first gig, it turns out that in order to cast out said demons, the attending priest has to thrust a crucifix-shaped dagger into his own belly and hope that God's on his side so he'll live through it, a move mislabled as the Abraham Ritual.
