    Jennifer (Elisha Cuthbert) is young, beautiful and famous. Everybody knows her name and her popularity brings her everything she wants in life but one mans jealousy lures Jennifer to a dimension in torture when she finds herself drugged, captured and held in an underground maze of terror.Taken against her will and subject to psychological punishment, Jennifer soon questions her sanity as her watchful tormentor pits her in numerous twisted traps.

    After struggling to keep her mind, she meets with Gary (Daniel Gillies), another prisoner in the sick games and together they try their wits to escape from the cells and defeat the madman behind the sick games but are they already too late when they are bound, gagged and thrust into a world of pain?

- ภาพโปสเตอร์ที่แบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วนใน 1 ภาพ ได้ถูกนำไปติดไว้บนแผ่นป้ายโฆษณาขนาดใหญ่ทั่วเมืองลอสแองเจลิส แต่ว่าภาพดังกล่าวก็ได้รับการร้องเรียนจากผู้พบเห็นว่าน่าตกใจเกินไป ซึ่งบริษัทผู้จัดจำหน่ายภาพยนตร์ ไลออน เกต (Lionsgate) อ้างว่าไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับภาพนี้รวมถึงการที่ภาพถูกเผยแพร่ครั้งนี้เลยด้วย ดังนั้นบริษัทผู้สร้างภาพยนตร์คือ อัฟเตอร์ ดาร์ก ฟิล์มส (After Dark Films) จึงตัดสินใจให้มีการนำภาพที่เป็นปัญหาทั้งหมดออกจากแผนการโฆษณา และนำออกจากป้ายโฆษณาที่ติดเอาไว้แล้วด้วย

  • The Clock - In the year of 1940, the song Gloomy Sunday was known as the suicide song as many suicides recorded were related to it. Listening to this song has led to a French lady committing suicide as well after the death of her boyfriend, a clock engineer at that time. Her soul was not at peace and it returned with the purpose of fulfilling the desires of other victims of depression. Cheata, a girl living with her father and stepmother after her biological mother, Chanda, left the family, is suffering from depression. Every day she suffers mental and physical abuses from her stepmother. Together with her longing for her true mother, this had led Cheata to slip deeper and deeper into depression. Holding on to her mother's photo and listening to her mother's lullaby every night does little to heal her heartache and depression.
