สาวที่ชอบเรื่องเหนือธรรมชาติ เรนนี (เรนนี หยาง) กับแฟนหนุ่มที่ระหองระแหงของเธอ ลก (ชอน หยู) รวมถึงเพื่อนอีก 4 คน ได้แก่ เด็กสาวเอาแต่ใจตัวเอง หลิง (เอลเลน กวง) พี่ชายของเธอ เร็กซ์ (เร็กซ์ โฮ) และคู่รัก ซีวี (ซีวี แลม) กับ เฮย (อิส ซุย) เป็นกลุ่มวัยรุ่นไต้หวันที่ศึกษาอยู่ในฮ่องกง พวกเขาเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวและติดอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ เนื่องจากเหตุการณ์ปิดสนามบิน จึงไม่มีทางเลือกอื่นนอกจากต้องพักอยู่ในที่พักนักท่องเที่ยวราคาถูก
ทันทีที่เข้าพัก พวกเขาเห็นเด็ก 3 คนและสุนัขกำลังจ้องมองบางอย่างในความว่างเปล่า แล้วจากนั้นไม่นานนัก ความผิดปกติก็เริ่มต้นขึ้น เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น กลุ่มเพื่อนๆ ผู้ชาย ลก เร็กซ์ และเฮย หายตัวไป กลุ่มสาวๆ เรนนี หลิง และซีวี จึงเริ่มออกตามหาพวกเขาภายในโรงแรม พวกเธอทั้งสามต้องอาศัยความกล้าในการค้นหาความจริง แต่ยิ่งสืบลึกลงไปมากเท่าไร ความลับที่น่าสะพรึงกลัวของโรงแรมนรกแห่งนี้ก็ถูกเปิดเผยมากขึ้นเท่านั้น
ในขณะที่เรนนีพยายามหาข้อมูลจากเจ้าของโรงแรม หลิงและซีวีก็หายตัวไปอีก เหลือแต่เรนนีที่ต้องต่อสู้กับความชั่วร้ายตามลำพังคนเดียว ด้วยความช่วยเหลือของสุนัขที่สามารถมองเห็นวิญญาณ เรนนีก้าวล้ำเข้าไปในอีกมิติเพื่อตามล่าหาความจริง มีเธอเพียงคนเดียวเท่านั้นที่สามารถช่วยชีวิตเพื่อนๆ ทุกคนได้
A series of unfortunate events - a political crisis, blockades of international airport and roadblock totally disturb the plan of LAM LAM and friends in Thailand. Unwillingly, they stayed in an aged and shabby hotel. From the moment they checked in, they came across three weird children and a puppy, and strange things started happening one after another...

- The Clock - In the year of 1940, the song Gloomy Sunday was known as the suicide song as many suicides recorded were related to it. Listening to this song has led to a French lady committing suicide as well after the death of her boyfriend, a clock engineer at that time. Her soul was not at peace and it returned with the purpose of fulfilling the desires of other victims of depression. Cheata, a girl living with her father and stepmother after her biological mother, Chanda, left the family, is suffering from depression. Every day she suffers mental and physical abuses from her stepmother. Together with her longing for her true mother, this had led Cheata to slip deeper and deeper into depression. Holding on to her mother's photo and listening to her mother's lullaby every night does little to heal her heartache and depression.
