เหตุการณ์ใน 12 ปีก่อนนั้นถูกเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไทม์แจกเกอร์ลึกลับ ฟินิส (รินะ อิโคมะ) ฮิวมาเกียร์สามารถยึดครองโลกได้สำเร็จ จนส่งผลให้ปัจจุบันนั้นซีโรวันไม่ได้ถูกสร้างขึ้นมา ฮิดเดน อินเทลลิเจนส์ ถูกบริหารโดย ฮิวมาเกียร์ ซึ่งตัวตนที่แท้จริงของเขาก็คือ อนาเธอร์ซีโรวัน (โซโกะ วาดะ) แม้ซีโรวันจะไม่ได้ถือกำเนิด แต่ทว่าไรเดอร์ที่มีตัวตนในปัจจุบันก็คือ มาสก์ไรเดอร์อิจิกาตะ (โคจิ ยามาโมโตะ) แปลงร่างโดย ฮิเด็น โซเรโอะ ฮิวมาเกียร์ที่เป็นพ่อของอารูโตะ (ฟูมิยะ ทาคาฮาชิ) นั่นเอง
