เมื่อโนบิตะ (เมงุมิ โอฮาระ) พบตุ๊กตาหมีตัวเก่าที่เขาเคยเล่นสมัยเด็กอยู่ในห้อง ทำให้เกิดนึกถึงคุณย่า (โนบุโกะ มิยาโมโตะ) ที่แสนใจดี เขาจึงตัดสินใจชวน โดราเอมอน (วาซาบิ มิซึตะ) ย้อนเวลากลับไปในอดีตเพื่อพบกับคุณย่าอีกครั้ง จนเมื่อคุณย่าเอ่ยปากว่า อยากจะพบกับเจ้าสาวของโนบิตะ โดราเอมอนและโนบิตะจึงเดินทางไปในวันแต่งงานที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ก่อนจะพบว่าโนบิตะในวัยผู้ใหญ่ได้หนีหายออกจากงานแต่งงานของเขากับ ชิซูกะ (ยูมิ คาคาซึ) ไป โนบิตะและโดราเอมอนจึงต้องช่วยกันตามหาเพื่อทำให้ความฝันของคุณย่าเป็นจริง
One day Nobita Nobi found a old stuffed bear which his grandmother gave it to him. Nobita decided to go back in time to meet his grandmother. Grandma accepts Nobita's belief that he is a young child who has suddenly arrived. Nobita' s grandmother said "I want to see your bride once." And from this one sentence of grandma Doraemon and Nobita's big blasphemy begins. Nobita and Doraemon were trying to show their grandmother a marriage ceremony, but Adult Nobita escaped on the day of his marriage ceremony. Adult Gian and Suneo looking for Nobita. Shizuka who keeps waiting with confidence. Nobita and Doraemon take the time to fulfill the wishes of grandma, to meet the wishes of her family, friends and Shizuka Minamoto, who she likes very much.

- The Clock - In the year of 1940, the song Gloomy Sunday was known as the suicide song as many suicides recorded were related to it. Listening to this song has led to a French lady committing suicide as well after the death of her boyfriend, a clock engineer at that time. Her soul was not at peace and it returned with the purpose of fulfilling the desires of other victims of depression. Cheata, a girl living with her father and stepmother after her biological mother, Chanda, left the family, is suffering from depression. Every day she suffers mental and physical abuses from her stepmother. Together with her longing for her true mother, this had led Cheata to slip deeper and deeper into depression. Holding on to her mother's photo and listening to her mother's lullaby every night does little to heal her heartache and depression.
