I made this mistake before, and I’m sure many of you can relate.
But here’s what I learned…your workout isn’t something you need to compensate for.
You don’t need to earn your food. You need food to recover, build muscle, and actually get results. Food is fuel.
When you see food as a reward, you create this constant push-pull: Train hard → restrict → indulge → feel guilty → repeat.
And that cycle holds you back more than you think.
Fuel your body because it deserves to perform, not because you feel guilty or “earned it.”
That’s how you build real, lasting results. 🫶
