Tracking your food isn’t meant to control you, it’s meant to teach you.

If you have a very specific goal and especially a timeline for your goal, this is what’s gonna help you get you there.

But if you’ve had a bad relationship with food or still currently struggling with it. You need to focus on that first. Heal first.

Because if your mindset isn’t healthy, and you still viewing everything as a restriction, even with the right tool can turn into the wrong one.

It took me almost two years to completely switch and shift my mindset and using tracking the correct way.

So no more anxiety on high calories day, no more stress if I don’t hit my steps for a day. Just awareness and reminders everyday for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
