A petty gangster, Tae-Sik (Yu Dong-Geun ), hopes get get on easy street with his two underlings, Bonehead and Fencer, when they acquire a videotape that shows a business president illegally paying off a corrupt politician. When the tape goes missing, their big plans seem finished. However, the well-timed acquisition of a policeman's ID allows the trio to feign being cops in order to track down the tape.
