Charlie (Nicko Vella), a rebellious teenager sent to summer camp by his parents. This Camp Treasure Island is owned by a wacky inventor Conrad Dawson (John Callen) and his wife Wendy. But this is not any old summer camp, this is the real Island.

Meanwhile, the evil Captain Flint (Randy Quaid) plots to take over the island and take all the gold hidden there for himself. With Conrad and Wendy taken captive, it's up to Charlie and the kids to save the island and the summer camp.
