Welcome Back starts from where the first part ended. Majnu and Shetty have now become the respectable businessmen in Dubai. One day the Shetty's father came and tell them that he had another daughter (played by Shruti Hassan) from another marriage. Now they want a decent boy for her to get married.

In the mean time both the Bhais fall in love with a pretty young lady Rajkumari (Ankita Srivastava), a con woman who, along with her mother (Dimple Kapadia), decides to fool the gangster bros to loot them.
