Psy stepped out in a grey checked blazer complete with a black trimmed lapel and pink cuffs. He added a feminine touch to his look with a pair of floral shades. What was Psy’s inspiration for this look? “To cover my body shape,” he told us on the carpet.


Miley kept up her new super chic look in a black, white and crystal-encrusted Balmain jumpsuit, black Givenchy heels and sultry red lip. She was stunning. Miley was by far the best dressed on the carpet. “This is an important day for me so this look had to be perfect,” she told us. She made the big reveal that her new single “We Can’t Stop” will be premiering on June 3.


Ke$ha stunned in a sleek and short Givenchy gown, complete with a hip-high slit up the side. “I’m excited about this high slit up my leg,” she said. “I went more naked then usual. I like to keep people guessing.” She completed her look with dark eye shadow, slicked back hair and Palladium rings.


Selena Gomez looked Jetsons-chic in a white Atelier Versace gown complete with neon piping and silver Jimmy Choo pumps.


Carly set the blue carpet on fire, rocking a new red hairdo, a sheer black skirt and purple-hued makeup. “We went with something a little plum cause why not?” she revealed to us about her makeup inspiration.


Jason flashed his super toned arms in a black sleeveless shirt paired with gold bling in the form of layered necklaces, earrings and a glittering gold watch.


Shania brought a modern elegance to the carpet in a silver gown. “I just always try to have fun with fashion and enjoy it,” she revealed to us.


Will.i.am looked dapper in a white shirt and matching blazer paired with maroon pants, a beige fedora, killer silver spiked Christian Louboutin loafers and matching metallic glasses.


Wiz rocked a black leather shirt and matching pants by Bombay paired with a BOY cap and black and gold shades.


Vegas veteran Wayne Newton kept it simple in a black t-shirt and white blazer. Classic and chic.


Nicki gave up shocking for stunning in a va va voom sultry red dress and natural looking makeup complete with a nude lip and extra large blonde wig.


David Guetta brought sexy back to the carpet in a badass leather biker jacket and an all black outfit.


Andy Allo brought a rockin’ a funky edge to the blue carpet in a textured red and black embroidered dress. “I’m originally from Cameroon so I love to incorporate interesting patterns and bright colors so this just kind of worked with me,” he told Billboard
