It’s the Energy.

It’s not something you see. It’s something you feel..when it’s right, you don’t even have to try.

Everything flows.

That’s exactly what happened to me at @thestandardhuahin

I had no idea this place has been open for years?! I walked in and was like… wait, what? It feels brand new.

Fresh. Fun. Alive. Like it just opened last week.

And then I realized… it’s the people!

My first connection to The Standard was through @maypawee .. She’s my cycling instructor and literally has the best energy ever.

Turns out she’s now doing marketing at Soho House in @thestandard and I remember thinking… yup, this makes sense..They hire people who get it. Who bring energy, not just experience.

Then I got to meet @nathaliecockayne the GM that @victorkmchan my partner in crime introduced me to…We had a long chat and she was just so open and bubbly…. But it’s not just her… it’s the whole team. Every single staff here was Alive!!

Couldn’t find slippers so I walk barefoot here most of the time and I love it!!

And the bathroom…
It’s HUGE. Like unnecessarily huge.
But I love it. Already dreaming of doing a private ice bath session in the BIG shower!

I know they’re doing sound healing and cold therapy stuff already they’re ahead of the game in HuaHin. So looking forward to more deep wellness activations that we can do here.. oh..
Then there was sweet ‘Princess’ at reception… She makes you smile even when you’re not in the mood to smile.. yes.

Btw.. standard is now part of Hyatt.. so points people!!

Thank you Victor for organizing this stay during our first ever trip together! 😜 We made it to 4 days and we still love each other! What a milestone. Time flew by even when Victor’s sunblock exploded all over his ass.. he didn’t even notice cus we were in the flow.. i took a pic for all to see but will post here without his permission. I’m sure he will be happy to see it.

เก็บไว้เกือบ 2 ปี ถึงเวลาต้องบอกต่อ...

จากความฝันวัย 17 สู่กองถ่าย White Lotus กับครูเล็ก ภัทราวดี มีชูธน วู้ดดี้ดู “บัลลังก์เมฆ” แล้วรู้สึกทันทีว่า เธอคือผู้หญิงที่มีพลังบางอย่างที่โคตร Amazing วันนั้นถึงขั้นค้นประวัติแล้วตั้งปณิธานว่า ถ้าได้เข้าวงการเมื่อไหร่ อยากแสดงกับผู้หญิงคนนี้ให้ได้!

หลายสิบปีผ่าน ความฝันนั้นค่อยๆ จางหายไป แต่เมื่อได้เจอครูเล็กในวงการ ได้พูดคุย ได้รับพลัง ก็ไม่เคยนึกเลยว่าวันหนึ่งฝันนี้จะกลายเป็นจริง Manifest อย่างตั้งใจ แล้วจักรวาลก็ตอบกลับ พอรู้ว่า White Lotus ซีซั่นใหม่จะมาถ่ายไทย วู้ดดี้รีบบอกทีมว่า อยากเล่นเรื่องนี้ จะเดินผ่านกล้องยังได้ ส่งอีเมลไปทีมแคสต์เอง ไม่มีคำตอบ จนได้เจอพี่เบิร์ด มือขวาผู้กำกับ และพี่หนอน ทีมแคสต์ฝั่งไทย พอถามว่าอยากเล่นบทไหน ก็แอบตอบเล่นๆ ไปว่า “พรชัยก็ได้ครับ ผู้ชายบึกบึน เชื่อว่าผู้กำกับดูไม่ออกหรอกว่าเป็นเกย์” (จ้ะ)

วันแคสติ้ง ได้เจอ “Mike White” ผู้กำกับ และที่น่าประหลาดยิ่งกว่านั้นคือ ได้เจอครูเล็ก!!! ตอนนั้นครูทำท่าจะปฏิเสธ เพราะงานเยอะ วู้ดดี้เลยจับมือครูแล้วบอกว่า “ครูเล็กต้องเล่นเรื่องนี้ Believe me please ว่ามันสนุกและท้าทายแน่” ครูยิ้มแบบงงๆ ตากระพริบ แล้วตอบว่า ok!

ตอนแรกจะให้วู้ดดี้ลองแคสต์บทชายแท้ สุดท้ายผู้กำกับบอกให้ลองเล่นเป็น GM โรงแรมในสไตล์ตัวเอง พอเล่นจบ เขาหัวเราะลั่น ดีใจมาก เพราะถ้าเขาหัวเราะแปลว่า “ผ่าน” ต่อมาผู้กำกับบอกว่า บท GM จะยังเป็นชาวต่างชาติ แต่เขาเขียนบทใหม่ให้วู้ดดี้เลย เป็นผู้ช่วยเจ้าของโรงแรม และเจ้าของโรงแรมก็คือ ครูเล็ก ภัทราวดี!

วันที่ถ่ายทำ ครูเล็กบอกว่าไม่มีชื่อบท งั้นจะเรียกเราว่า “ชาลี” แล้วก็ใช้ชื่อนั้นจริงๆ ทุกวินาทีคือคลาสเรียนการแสดงกับครูระดับตำนาน ถ่ายเสร็จยืนนิ่ง แล้วน้ำตาไหลออกมาเอง เพราะนี่คือฝันที่ Manifest ไว้ตอนอายุ 17

คืนดินเนอร์รวมตัวนักแสดงครั้งแรก ภาพที่ลิซ่าเดินเข้าไปไหว้ครู ขอฝากตัวฝากใจ เป็นภาพที่น่ารักและอบอุ่นมาก วันนั้นลิซ่ากับเทมเจอกันครั้งแรก พูดอังกฤษพ่นใส่กันไม่หยุด ใครจะคิดว่าทั้งคู่จะกลายเป็นดูโอที่โด่งดังไปทั่วโลก

ภูมิใจมากที่ได้ร่วมงานกับครูเล็ก ได้เห็นเธอรับรางวัลนาฏราชเมื่อไม่กี่วันก่อน ครูกระซิบว่าโปรเจกต์ระดับโลกกำลังจะมา ขอให้ทุกคนติดตาม เธอคือแรงบันดาลใจของผม

CHIVA-SOM’ED…

That’s what @victorkmchan and I called it after just 3 days.

I honestly came in skeptical.
I always thought Chiva Som was just a spa for foreigners… not really for locals like me. Perhaps just an elevated spa by the beach.

But after their beautiful activation at @dragonfly360.co Summit .. Victor saying “Let’s try it”… I said why not.

We arrived after a long 3-hour drive… tired and not in the mood.

First thing they asked was:
“There’s a Anapanasati Breathwork session in 10 minutes. Want to join?”

We almost said no… but we joined.
And that moment grounded everything.

This place isn’t just wellness.
It’s a relaxing meditation retreat without the meditation… but so much more.
No phones in public.
World-class facilitators.
Some staff have been here 20–30 years.

Every class, walk, and moment felt really personal.

And the food….. all inclusive.. Honestly the best healthy food I’ve ever had. Every single menu shows the full breakdown.. protein, calories, nutrients so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body. Even with the dressings !!!

On my last day, I realized something shifted…cus I saw my posture… my thoughts… my patterns when I’m anxious and know how to be more aware of them.

You’ve built something timeless. We thought three days was enough, but we’re gonna bring our parents back for perhaps a week next time.

So when you wake up and realize you’ve been needing this all your life and you believe that there’s hope for your health and wellness right here… you are Chiva-Som’ed

Grateful to represent Thai heritage at the #GoldGala

This look was created with deep respect both for Thai tradition and for the values that Gold House celebrates….unity.. culture.. and shared pride.

The jong kraben (Thai Origami pants) I wore is a traditional Thai bottom, folded by hand with no stitching. It’s something our ancestors wore with grace and I wanted to honor that craftsmanship. I will say going to the restroom was the most challenging part.

The top is a modern interpretation with simple structure and soft gold tones. The dragonfly detail is personal to me .. a symbol of transformation and presence also representing our @dragonfly360.co vibes

I carried my roots with me. And I’m thankful for the chance to stand alongside so many inspiring voices.

จำได้ว่าปีที่แล้วพา S2O ไปจัดที่นิวยอร์ก ตอนแรกหลายคนลังเล จะเปียกมั้ย จะวุ่นวายมั้ย แต่สุดท้ายทุกคนยิ้ม สนุก และพูดประโยคหนึ่งที่ไม่เคยลืม…

“มันทำให้เรารู้สึกเหมือนกลับไปเป็นเด็กอีกครั้ง”
