The US government has been covertly training animals to work in espionage. Their latest program is a clandestine espionage team known as G-Force, which includes a team of ultra-intelligent guinea pigs who share 98.7 percent of their DNA with humans.

Tapped for the G-Force are guinea pigs Darwin (Sam Rockwell), the squad leader determined to succeed at all costs; Blaster (Tracy Morgan), an outrageous weapons expert with tons of attitude and a love for all things extreme; and Juarez (Penelope Cruz), a sexy martial arts pro; plus the literal fly-on-the-wall reconnaissance expert, Mooch (Edwin Louis), and a star-nosed mole Speckles (Nicolas Cage), the computer and information specialist.

Armed with the latest high-tech spy equipment, the G-Force discover that the fate of the world is in their paws. When a deranged billionaire hatches an evil plan to control the entire planet through common household appliances, the G-Force leaps into action on a mission to ensure that he does not succeed.
