It makes it much easier to stick to the plan (without feeling deprived).
🥗 Giant salads – I’m talking massive bowls with leafy greens, a lot of protein, and crunchy veg. The volume keeps me full without blowing my calories.
🍉 Watermelon – sweet, refreshing, and super low in calories. I eat this almost daily when I’m in my cutting phase.
🍠 Roasted pumpkin – slightly sweet, high in fiber, and really filling. It gives me that comfort food feel without the calorie hit.
These aren’t magic foods, just smart volume foods that help me stay consistent and satisfied. ☺️
