เนื้อเพลง No News is Good News - Ruel

Without you in the house
The sofa feels a little bigger
I'd be bitter, but you make me proud
You make me proud

Without you around
I can see a little clearer
But that's all that I've been worried about
Yeah, I've been worried about you

Been wondering what you're doing right now

Couple oceans from you, that's a while away
No, you don't owe me nothing, just some time of day
Can we do that
Wherever you at?
When I reach out to ya, you don't call me back
And when your name comes up, it's a heart attack
'Cause I'm too scared
Don't wanna lose ya
I'm assuming the worst with ya
But I hope No News is Good News

You're back home for the weekend
Had a plan, but you're still sleeping
Just want a day to talk to ya
No, you don't have to tell me you work so hard
And your back's too sore
Yeah, you take so much
You could give me more
Now you're off again
Do you not understand?
No, I ain't gonna pretend

That I'm not wondering what you're doing right now
Oh

A couple oceans from you, that's a while away
No, you don't owe me nothing, just some time of day
Can we do that
Wherever you at?
But when I reach out to ya, you don't call me back
And when your name comes up, it's a heart attack
'Cause I'm too scared
Don't wanna lose ya
Oh, I'm assuming the worst with ya
But I guess no news is good news
And still haven't heard from ya
So I hope no news is good news

I check the world clock, I just wanna live in your time
I don't want much from ya, just tell me you're alive
'Cause maybe no news isn't good news this time
And maybe no news isn't good news this time
