When it comes to fat loss…
It doesn’t matter how many meals you eat. What matters is how many calories you eat in total.
You can have 1 meal, 3 meals, 6 meals… and you can still get results you’re in a calorie deficit.
You could also have 1 meal, 3 meals or 6 meals and GAIN body fat if you're eating in a surplus.
No need to stress over strict meal rules.
Just do what fits your lifestyle and what you can stick to.
