  • เรื่องราวเกิดขึ้นเมื่อพระพุทธรูปอันเป็นสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์และเคารพบูชาของหมู่บ้านหนองประดู่ได้ถูกวายร้าย ดอน (วรรณกิตย์ ศิริพุฒ) ตัดเศียรขโมยไป บุญทิ้ง (พนม ยีรัมย์) หนุ่มน้อยบ้านหนองประดู่อาสาออกตามหามาจนถึงกรุงเทพฯ เขาได้เจออ้ายหำแหล่ หรือ ยอร์จ (เพ็ชรทาย วงษ์คำเหลา) ลูกชายผู้ใหญ่บ้านผู้ที่ลืมท้องนากลิ่นควายบ้านนอก และคู่หูร่วมอาชีพหมวยเล็ก (ภุมวารี ยอดกมล) ทั้งคู่มีอาชีพเป็นนักต้มตุ๋นตัวยง ด้วยความไม่รู้อิโหน่อิเหน่เพิ่งมาจากบ้านนอก บุญทิ้งจึงไว้ใจห่ำแหล่เห็นเป็นคนบ้านเดียวกัน แต่แล้วเขาก็โดนทั้งสองต้มเอาเงินไป

    แต่เพราะบุญทิ้งเป็นคนดีและได้ช่วยเหลือชีวิตของทั้งสองไว้ ภายหลังบุญทิ้งจึงได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากทั้งสองพร้อมทั้งต้องต่อสู้กับศัตรูมากมายด้วยศิลปะมวยไทยโบราณ ในขณะที่เขาต้องหาองค์บากให้เจอ และนำกลับคืนสู่หมู่บ้านให้ทันประเพณีบวชหมู่อีกเจ็ดวันให้ได้

  • When the head of Ong-Bak, the sacred Buddha of a poor village is stolen, the population is plunged into misery. The Buddha was the focal point of an anniversary vigil believed to bring rain to the drought-stricken area. Young Ting is selected by the villagers to travel to Bangkok and rescue the relic in time for their ceremony.

    Ting has an affinity with the statue as he was left on the temple steps as a baby and raised by monks, who taught him muay thai, but forbade him to use it in combat. But now he is forced to delve into a seedy underworld and try to avoid temptation.

  • The Clock - In the year of 1940, the song Gloomy Sunday was known as the suicide song as many suicides recorded were related to it. Listening to this song has led to a French lady committing suicide as well after the death of her boyfriend, a clock engineer at that time.
