"บรูโน มาร์ส" (Bruno Mars) คือผู้ที่กวาดรางวัลใหญ่จากงานประกาศรางวัลทางดนตรี "แกรมมี อวอร์ดส์" (Grammy Awards) ครั้งที่ 60 เมื่อวันที่ 28 มกราคม 2561 ตามเวลาในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา โดยคว้ารางวัลใหญ่ รวมถึงบันทึกเสียงยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี อัลบัมแห่งปี จาก "24K Magic" และเพลงแห่งปี "That's What I Like" ขณะที่ "เคนดริก ลามาร์" (Kendrick Lamar) ครองรางวัลในสาขาแนวเพลงแร็ปทั้งหมด และรางวัลมิวสิกวิดีโอยอดเยี่ยมจากเพลง "HUMBLE."
บรูโน เจ้าของ 6 รางวัล กล่าวขณะรับรางวัลบันทึกเสียงยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปีว่า "เจสสิกา (Jessica Caban) ของผม ผมรักคุณ ขอบคุณที่อยู่เคียงข้างผมตลอดการทำงาน คุณพ่อครับ ถ้าคุณพ่อดูอยู่ ผมรักคุณพ่อครับ ดูผมสิครับผม ผมอยู่ที่งานแกรมมีตอนนี้ครับ ขอบคุณแฟนๆ กับวงของผม ฉันรักพวกนายจากทั้งหมดของหัวใจ และนี่สำหรับแฟนๆ ครับ ขอบคุณครับ" เท่านั้นยังไม่พอ หนุ่มคนนี้ยังสร้างความสนุกด้วยการแสดงเพลง "Finesse" บนเวทีร่วมกับ "คาร์ดิ บี" (Cardi B)
